GENERAL TERMS

To take advantage of our promotions, simply register for any 10 Method + Cutting class and during registration, you will be asked which item you prefer! These promotions cannot be combined with any other promotion, sale or discount.

To qualify, you must register for our 10 Method + Cutting course during the promotional period. At times, we may offer promotional courses, which do not include a kit. All tools needed (if applicable) must be brought to class (you can contact us for kit list) otherwise you forfeit the promotional course. If you wish to purchase a kit, you may do so at the following rate by contacting us at least 3 weeks prior to the class date:

Cutting & Styling Course Kit - $299

4 Method Course Kit - $299

6 Method Course Kit - $375

10 Method Course Kit - $500

10 Method + Cutting Course Kit - $700

To take advantage of any promotional perk or course, you will need to select the perk/course during the registration process as well as provide any information (if applicable) within 3 months of your certificate date. Promotions may end without notice and NEI reserves the right to cancel or substitute items at any time.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In order to register for our promotional and/or free courses, you must agree to our promotional cancellation policy which differs from our regular cancellation policy. You can transfer class dates at anytime (no cancellations/refunds will be permitted) however NEI will not be able to manually create a re-registration for any courses which include a promotional perk/course and therefore if you wish to transfer your course to a new date and want to take advantage of any promotional price or offering, you will need to re-register and pay a new deposit prior to the closing date of the promotion and any deposits paid previously will be forfeited. No transfers of promotional or free courses will be accommodated. No refunds will be issued for paid courses including deposits and promotional and/or free courses have no cash value. NEI reserves the right to postpone promotional and/or free courses if minimum numbers per class are not met.
